I got an email today from Matt Mickiewicz, co-founder of Sitepoint.com, which I found surprising:

month or so, and I’m wondering if you ran into any problems

Two things.
1) I’m one of sitepoint’s top 50 sellers? I know I list a lot of my sites for sale there, but wow, that’s pretty cool.
2) “I’m local: 604….” How’d he know I’m in the same region (Vancouver)? Was he even using a template when he sent this email?
Anyways, this just shows how important a customer-to-service provider relationship really is. Guess where I’ll be listing my next site for sale?

Wow, that is very impressive on your part and on Matt’s. Good work on being one of the top 50 sellers and it’s really cool that Matt would take the time to send a personal email to you (I would say it’s pretty personal not just a simple template).
Also, on a side note, congrats on taking it upon yourself to help raise money for the victims of the severe earthquake in China that’s a very kind thing for you to do. There’s not many people your age taking the initiative to help others like that.
